SITUATION
Our house is situated few minutes from the village of Saignon (2km) and Apt (2km). Apt is famous for its Provencal market every saturday mornings. The house has been renovated in 2006.

Less than 20 minutes around, you can visit all the famous pearched villages of the Luberon : Buoux, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Ménerbes, Oppède, Goult, Gordes, Roussillon, Cabrières, Joucas, Saint Saturnin...

You can also go to visit Aix en Provence (1h10), Avignon (50 minutes), Marseille (1h20) and Saint Rémy de Provence (45 minutes), Eygalières (40 minutes)...

ACCESS : the closest motorway exit is Cavaillon or Avignon (about 35 minutes). The TGV train station is in Avignon (50 minutes). The international airport is Marseille/Provence (Low cost companies as Easy-Jet or Ryanair with direct flights to London...)

House linen (1 set per week - If you rent several week, the cleaning lady will come every fridays to change all the linen)

5 hours of final cleaning. If extra cleaning is needed it will be charged at 15euros/hour

Booking:
Once we have checked together the availability, we ask 25% of the rent to confirm the booking

Balance & Deposit:
The balance and the deposit (25%) are due 8 weeks before arrival

Arrivals & Departures:
The rentals are organised from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am
